XI-XII (HSC): Guidance, Teaching and counselling are provided for post-secondary (SSC) students to assist in selecting subjects, combinations, streams, or disciplines. Tools and techniques such as psychometric tests, reasoning, and aptitude tests, along with counselling, mentoring, and grooming, are used to prepare students for admission in both national and international universities, boards, and institutions of higher learning.

Bachelor Degree Programs (4-Year Honours / 3-Year General): Guidance, Teaching and mentoring are offered during and after HSC (XI-XII/ISC/+2-CBSE/A Level) for subject and stream selection. Tools include psychometric tests, reasoning, aptitude tests, counselling, mentoring, and grooming. Consultancy for language proficiency exams like IELTS, TOEFL, and other tests is also provided for students applying to national and international universities.

Master Degree Programs (Including Integrated Master-PhD/Doctoral Programs): Students in Bachelor Degree programs (B.Sc./B.Com./B.A.) receive guidance, teaching and counselling for further education at national and international universities. Techniques include psychometric tests, reasoning and aptitude tests, as well as mentoring, grooming, and consultancy for IELTS, GMAT, TOEFL, GRE, and other language proficiency exams are arranged.

Integrated Bachelor-Master-PhD Programs/PhD Programs: For students pursuing or completing Master’s or Integrated Dual Bachelor Degrees, guidance covers subject selection for career advancement besides teaching and mentorship. Relevant psychometric tests, reasoning, aptitude, mentoring, and grooming are used, along with consultancy for exams like ILTS, GMAT, TOEFL, and GRE for national and international universities.

Postdoctoral Degree Programs (D. Lit. /D.Sc./LL.D.): Postdoctoral candidates are provided with counselling, guidance and mentoring for pursuing advanced Research Degree Programs.

Tools include psychometric tests, reasoning and aptitude assessments, and consultancy for language proficiency exams like IELTS, GMAT, TOEFL, and GRE.

Professional Degrees/Certifications Programs: Guidance, teaching & mentorship are offered for various professional degrees and certifications, including Medicine, Engineering, Law, Chartered Accountancy (CA), Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA), Company Secretaryship (CS), Chartered Financial Analysis (CFA), CIMA (UK), ACCA (UK), CPA (USA), CMA (USA), Actuary, Statisticians, Economists, Management, Business Administration (MBA), and Administrative Services such as IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS, ICAS, AAS and others. Tools include psychometric tests, reasoning, aptitude assessments, counselling, mentoring, grooming, and consultancy for language proficiency examinations.

Interview and Soft-Skills Training & Personality Development: Training for job interviews, soft skills, and personality development for different levels are provided besides operational, tactical and strategic managerial levels positions.
